- 100 Credits = 1 THB
- Credits used are calculated from the amount of data customers type in and supporting internal context.
- Calculation starts after usage exceeds the Free Tier of each plan.
- Cost can occur whether generation succeeds or fails.
- This cost does not include messaging provider delivery fees such as LINE fees.

AI splits text into small pieces called tokens. KaoJai converts the amount AI reads and generates into Credits, with 100 Credits = 1 THB.
For easy arithmetic, these examples assume 1 character ≈ 1 token. Actual token counts depend on the language and model; this is not a fixed conversion.
- AI reads 1,000 tokens ≈ 4 Credits ≈ 0.04 THB
- AI generates 1,000 tokens ≈ 16 Credits ≈ 0.16 THB
Easy to remember: read 1,000 + reply 1,000 ≈ 0.20 THB

Actual usage includes everything AI processes: customer messages, chat history, instructions and supporting context, including repeated AI calls. It is not based only on the customer’s message. This table is a rough text-only example, not a guaranteed price per chat.
Additional charges start after the allowance included in your plan. Credits may be used even if generation fails. Messaging provider delivery fees, such as LINE fees, are separate.
