Import full marketplace catalogs in KaoJai

Merchants with connected Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop stores can now start one full catalog import in KaoJai Admin, with a catalog preview, progress updates, and a finished state.

Send preset replies as ordered text and photos

Customer-service teams can now build preset replies with up to four text and photo messages in a chosen order, then add the sequence to the reply composer when responding to customers.

• Create, remove, and reorder text and photo messages within a preset.
• Existing text-only presets remain available to edit.

• Image viewer now uses an X close icon

  • Images opened in KaoJai now show a familiar X icon to close the viewer.

Bug Fixed

• Android Inbox sidebar stays in place as it opens — In KaoJai Inbox on Android, opening the navigation sidebar now keeps the top of the screen steady during the transition.
