- **Open Lazada and TikTok Shop buyer chats from KaoJai orders**
  - Open a buyer chat from newly synced or re-imported Lazada and TikTok Shop orders, even before the buyer sends a message.
  - Empty chats stay out of the regular KaoJai Inbox, keeping prepared order conversations separate from active chats.
- **Update KaoJai workspace profiles from a connected AI assistant**
  - Workspace admins can now update their selected KaoJai workspace's description and logo through a connected AI assistant.
  - Use an image link for the logo, or clear either field while leaving the other unchanged.
