## Import full marketplace catalogs in KaoJai
Merchants with connected Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop stores can now start one full catalog import in KaoJai Admin, with a catalog preview, progress updates, and a finished state.

## Send preset replies as ordered text and photos
Customer-service teams can now build preset replies with up to four text and photo messages in a chosen order, then add the sequence to the reply composer when responding to customers.
- Create, remove, and reorder text and photo messages within a preset.
- Existing text-only presets remain available to edit.
