The chat widget now handles image attachments smoothly, so teams can receive and send them without the usual back-and-forth.
- Supported image files can now be attached, uploaded, and sent directly in chat.
- Temporary drafts clear out automatically if they are never sent, so unused attachments do not pile up.
- Text and image messages now go out in the right order, helping conversations stay readable and complete.

## Unread replies now stay visible after refresh
The widget now remembers unread messages and behaves more smoothly while a conversation is idle.
- Closed chats stop polling, then pick back up when the widget is reopened or a new message arrives.
- Unread admin replies stay marked after a page refresh and clear only after they have been seen.
- Conversation state is stored more consistently, which makes reopen and resume behavior feel much more reliable.
