We are preparing to extend KaoJai.ai so Zalo businesses can manage customer conversations, AI chatbot workflows, booking, CRM, and helpdesk work from one place. This project helps KaoJai.ai grow with real business context. We want to learn how your team actually uses Zalo, then connect Zalo Official Account into the same operational layer as the other customer channels KaoJai already supports. At this stage, we are not looking for a large number of customers. We are looking for **a small group of real Vietnam businesses** that can help us test the Zalo connection properly from the beginning. ## Who we are looking for We are looking for businesses that: - Use Zalo or Zalo Official Account for real customer conversations. - Operate in Vietnam, or serve Vietnam customers through Zalo. - Are willing to let the KaoJai.ai team work with their Zalo/OA setup safely to test API connectivity. - Want early access to unified inbox, AI chatbot, booking, CRM, helpdesk, or customer workflow tools. - Can give direct feedback about what works, what does not, and what Vietnam businesses need from this kind of system. We are not asking anyone to create fake documents or fake business accounts. Zalo OA and API access depend on real account and business verification paths. ## Why we need real partners Zalo integration is not something we can finish from documentation alone. According to Zalo for Developers, using the Official Account API requires a Zalo App and authorization from the OA before an access token can be issued. On the Official Account side, OA creation and management are tied to real account and business requirements documented by [Zalo Official Account](https://oa.zalo.me/home/documents/vie/guides/khoi-tao-zalo-official-account_61). That means we need to test with businesses that actually use Zalo in production-like workflows. Provider-side costs, if any, such as Zalo or messaging-provider fees, remain subject to the provider's own terms. ## What kind of workflows we want to support We want Zalo to become more than a message box. KaoJai.ai is built to connect conversations with real operational work, including: - Unified inbox across customer channels. - AI-assisted replies and customer information collection. - Helpdesk tickets for cases that need follow-up. - Booking or appointment workflows for service businesses. - CRM context so the team can continue work with better history. - AI Sidekick support that helps agents while keeping humans in control. If your business uses Zalo for sales, booking, customer care, or support, we want to learn from your real workflow. ## How the pilot works We want this pilot to be safe and transparent. You remain the owner of your Zalo account and Zalo OA. We will not ask for your password, and you should not send OTPs or private codes through chat. The pilot process should look like this: 1. We discuss how your business currently uses Zalo. 2. We check whether your Zalo/OA setup can use API authorization. 3. We configure the integration through a controlled path such as screen share, admin invitation, or an authorization flow supported by Zalo. 4. We test receiving messages, sending messages, and mapping customer data in an agreed test environment. 5.
