### Diagram explanation

- **(1)** "Hello" is not charged because it does not match a Trigger Condition.
- **(2)** "Report an issue" starts charging and opens a Session.
- **(3-4)** The image and next message are charged because the Session is open.
- **(5)** Bot reply. Cost follows LINE messaging cost rules.
- **(6)** Additional message is charged because the Session is open.
- **(7)** Bot reply. Cost follows LINE messaging cost rules.
- **End Session**, Guardrails are reset.

### Color legend in the diagram

- **Red arrow**: Does not pass Guardrails, meaning it does not match Trigger Conditions, so it is **not charged**.
- **Yellow arrow**: Passes Guardrails, meaning it matches Trigger Conditions or the Session is already open, so it is **charged**.
- **Green arrow**: Messaging delivery cost through a provider such as LINE.

- Credits used are calculated from the amount of data customers type in and supporting internal context.
- Calculation starts after usage exceeds the Free Tier of each plan.
- Cost can occur whether generation succeeds or fails.
- This cost **does not include** messaging provider delivery fees such as LINE fees.
